lol i knew i was gonna get an ask about this

1. people of color can be blonde
2. harry had green eyes in the books
3. ron was tall and lanky in the books
4. hermione’s hair was a lot more bushy in the books
5. there are a hell of lot more white actors getting roles that were originally poc than there are poc actors getting roles of characters that are originally white

idc if she was white or not in the books. the point here is that she was played by a black girl in the first two movies she was in, and then SUDDENLY, when her role becomes important to the story and she’s more than just a background character, OH HEY she’s white.
